About this scheme…

MSME Global Mart, an online platform for B2B marketing and connecting MSMEs in India with buyers & suppliers all over the world, was launched on November 12, 2020 by National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), a Government of India (GOI) Enterprise, for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to strengthen marketing, market access & visibility for them.

The objectives of increasing the adoption of E-Marketplace for Marketing & Procurement under this Scheme are:

To exhibit maximum Micro units, small & unknown home-businesses, local businesses, artisans and small sellers from Tier-2/3 towns, products from hinterlands etc., on MSME Global Mart portal to increase their visibility and discoverability by bringing them online
To provide handholding support to MSMEs facing challenge in showcasing their products or services on digital space
To contribute and support the growing “Make in India Economy”
To contribute in achieving the Prime Minister vision of ‘Vocal for local’ by making Indian MSMEs discoverable to the prospective buyers

How is it being implemented?

Under this Scheme, direct marketing, market access & visibility is provided exclusively to,

Micro Enterprises and SC-ST Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) can access MSME Global Mart at subsidized membership fee, details of which are shared below. Such subsidies are valid up to 2025-26.

IV. Membership Subscription Fees

Basic Membership: 30-day free trial
Gold Membership: First year annual membership fee of ₹6,000 + GST followed by annual renewal fee of ₹ 5,000 + GST, if renewal is done within 30 days of the membership expiry date
- Subsidy for Micro Enterprises: 75% discount subject to a max ₹25,000 per financial year
- Subsidy for SC/ST MSEs: 80% discount
MSME Global Mart Promotional Plan
- Home Page Plan: Promote products & services on the most prime space of

the portal i.e., Home Page of MSME Global Mart at ₹25,000 + GST per month

Category Page Plan: Promote products & services on page matching their products and services at ₹15,000 + GST per month
Trade Lead Page Plan: Promote specific requirements on Trade Lead page of the portal at ₹10,000 + GST per month
For quarterly, half-yearly and yearly plans, discount of 10%, 25% and 30% respectively applicable over monthly plan

- 88,054 products across 87 product/service categories and 1,462 total sub-categories have been listed on MSME Global Mart
- 888,366 tenders worth ₹58,640 Crores have been disseminated
- 45,121 contracts worth ₹182,204 Crores have been awarded
- MSME Global Mart e-Marketplace mobile application has been downloaded by over 50,000 people
