Meet Smriti Goel
She is an Executive and Life Coach, and the Founder of The Coaching Anchor which she founded in January 2018.
The Coaching Anchor works with leaders and individuals to enable them to access their power within to deal with the challenges of change, transition, unfulfilled desires and ambitions. Thus, acting as the catalyst in empowering each client to envision their success, enlarge the boundaries of self-concept, set professional or personal goals and walk the path to achieving success.
Till date, The Coaching Anchor has worked with over 25 corporate clients comprising multi-national corporations, Big 4 consulting firms, mid-sized companies and around 700 individual clients. It has impacted the lives of more than 2,500 people, 60% of whom have been women.
Its signature program ‘Mind Over Matter’ is especially designed for women from all walks of life. The program has transformed the lives of 100s of women by enabling them to conquer their limiting beliefs and create a more expansive identity. ‘Mind over Matter’ is a program inspired from Smriti’s own life of restarting her career many times over in different countries.
Smriti comes with over 25 years of international experience as a learning & organizational development professional. Prior to founding The Coaching Anchor, she has worked across Europe, Asia, Middle-East and Africa with organizations like KPMG, Genpact, Laurus Labs, Citibank etc.
Smriti holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, has trained with Coaching Development Ltd. UK for her Coach Training. An NLP Master Practitioner and Transaction Analysis Practitioner, she is also certified in Baron EQi 2.0, Level A & B Occupational Testing (Intermediate), and Hogan Assessments.
For her work and her thought leadership in the field of coaching, Smriti was recognised as one of 101 Top Global Coaching Leaders of 2018-19 by World HRD Congress. She is also a regular speaker at various corporate events on themes pertaining to women & their well-being.
Smriti lives her mission to support and motivate women to live fulfilling lives by contributing her time, pro-bono, to many organisations. She regularly coaches young women social change makers through ‘The Coaching Fellowship’, a non-profit organisation based in the US. She has been actively supporting women and Covid affected people through the initiatives like Not Alone by Aspire for Her, Subah by Yoshita Swarup Sharma, Showers of Compassion by Rakhee Sharma and Covid Widows by Yudhvir Mor.
